ALL orders are shipped out DAY OF! (As long as the order is placed before 3:30pm PST m – f, 1pm on Saturdays, and no mail on Sundays and during National Holidays!)
Botanicam is proud to use shipping materials that are 100% recycled and biodegradable, besides stamps and labels. All products should be received within 4-6 business days (if ordered before 3:30pm PCT). *Orders under $50 can be shipped at a $5.95 flat rate; orders over $50 include free shipping!
* There is an exception for Colorado Hemp Honey Jars, Innescents Bath Salts (16oz), Endoca CBD Body Butter, Foria Wellness Natural Lubricant, Green Roads CBD Coffee: these orders have a $7.99 flat rate and require a $100 minimum for free shipping—those products are heavy! *
While we are as committed as ever to being a part of healthy and active lifestyles, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order arrival due to USPS delays.

If you were dissatisfied with your order? We would be happy to refund your purchase. We would just ask that you send it back (in the original packaging & unopened) within 15 days of receiving.*This does not apply to products valued at over $100*
If your product was damaged during shipping? Report it to Botanicam within 3 days and we will refund your return shipping costs and send you a new, undamaged product. Please contact us at email@example.com or 186622TRUST and we will provide you with shipping instructions.
How soon will I get my refund? If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 days of us receiving the product.
If your product was lost in transit? We are not responsible; if you are worried about this, we advise that at checkout you select the shipping option requiring a received signature.
